Products must be used according to manufacturer specifications. Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation void warranty coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
Situations not covered under warranty protection
ITWestStore disclaims all responsibility for:
Personal injuries or property damage potentially resulting from the use of products/services purchased, including but not limited to applications in military, medical, traffic control, disaster prevention, or any related critical equipment.
Missing Components
Missing memory, flash cards, or other components resulting in system faults.
Software Issues
Software-related problems, configuration issues, and compatibility conflicts (additional charges may apply).
Customer Damage
Any customer-induced damage, alterations, or modifications to the original product.
Third-Party Parts
Issues caused by parts or components not supplied by ITWestStore.
Unauthorized Repairs
Misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the product.
Natural Disasters
Damage from natural or human-made disasters, floods, fires, or environmental factors.
Unauthorized Software
Malfunctions due to unauthorized, self-compiled, or incompatible software installations.
Virus Infections
Issues caused by virus infections due to inadequate maintenance or security practices.
Non-Standard Hardware
Problems resulting from non-standard expansion cards or incompatible hardware additions.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ITWestStore be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from ITWestStore. This applies irrespective of the basis of the liability claim and whether ITWestStore had been advised of the potential for such damages or loss.
