The D-Link DI-7100G+ is an enterprise smart gateway built for small and medium-sized organizations that need Gigabit connectivity, centralized network control and business-focused traffic management. It combines routing, security and wireless-controller functions in a single gateway platform for branch offices, hospitality sites, schools and commercial networks. The gateway provides five Gigabit Ethernet ports and is designed for recommended access bandwidth up to 350Mbps. Its higher-speed interfaces make it a practical step up from Fast Ethernet gateways for organizations running cloud applications, multiple departments and growing numbers of connected devices. The DI-7100G+ also supports Internet behavior management, intelligent traffic control, VPN connectivity and centralized wireless management. The IT West Store configuration lists support for up to 64 intent wireless APs, helping administrators coordinate access points while maintaining policy and bandwidth control from the gateway.
